Founded in 2002, GRACE Cares has been at the forefront of community development and empowerment for over 20 years. Our projects, spread across various sectors, have significantly contributed to creating healthy, educated, just, and productive communities worldwide. We provide much-needed expertise, funding, and support for a diverse range of projects, including those focused on health, education, peace and social justice, cultural preservation, and economic development. Through our consistent efforts, we strive to initiate positive changes that resonate for generations to come.

Our Model

GRACE Cares is dedicated to empowering local heroes and communities by providing the funding, expertise, and technical support they need to turn their vision into sustainable realities. With over 20 years of experience in international development, public health, and project implementation across 30 countries, we've developed a proven approach to community-led change.

Our mission is rooted in the belief that lasting transformation happens when it's driven by those who understand their community's needs best. We commit our resources to supporting passionate local leaders whose innovative ideas create meaningful, culturally-appropriate solutions that continue to benefit their communities long after our involvement ends.
